Rude and unprofessional.
Somehow they removed my old review. I rented from this agency and they didn’t keep up on my maintenance requests, didn’t install screens on windows they had promised and then tried to charge me for it. Beware property owners, they did not do a good job even responding to me as a tenant until I left a bad review on Google to which they responded and must have later deleted. Great experience with Olympic Rentals. Very responsive and got us into our rental quickly and with ease.
