Oly Rentals was great to work with when finding a home to rent. They are upfront about the timelines and what they need to complete applications.
Not a good experience trying to rent one of their properties from a lady named Kim . Denied me because I had 2 negative remararks on my credit . But I have 5 years of perfect rental history . Make 12 times the rent . They wouldn’t budge at all or even let me pay a bigger deposit or pre pay month in advance. They were very prejudice just because I had two negative remarks on my credit . Jeff helped us with the rental process in Olympia. He was great with communication and quick at responding. He was able to answer any questions we had and was pleasant to work with.
