Beware shoddy practices of Olympic Rentals. Having rented across the US, they are the worst I've experienced. Given the option, I would never rent from them again. But if I had to, I now have a game plan of how to work through their ludicrous practices, most of which have to do with the terrible move-out process that other reviewers have noted. Wouldn’t recommend. They had a check they were supposed to reissue me from my deposit after moving out, and I emailed and called them several times over 8 or so weeks just for them to avoid most of my emails, and eventually let it lapse for too long and now the money is marked as unclaimed by the state. This all could have been avoided if they had responded in a timely manner, as I was willing to have a family member pick up the check for me. What a headache!
