Wouldn’t recommend. They had a check they were supposed to reissue me from my deposit after moving out, and I emailed and called them several times over 8 or so weeks just for them to avoid most of my emails, and eventually let it lapse for too long and now the money is marked as unclaimed by the state. This all could have been avoided if they had responded in a timely manner, as I was willing to have a family member pick up the check for me. What a headache! Joelle has been amazing with our move in process. This has been the best company I have ever worked with by far, and they have been going above and beyond to make sure everything has gone smoothly. We are moving from out of town, and not being there in person has been stressful, but Joelle has emailed/texted/called and even video called us for all of our questions and concerns right away (even on the weekends and after hours), and made the process of moving sight unseen a less stressful one.
Oly Rentals was great to work with when finding a home to rent. They are upfront about the timelines and what they need to complete applications.
Not a good experience trying to rent one of their properties from a lady named Kim . Denied me because I had 2 negative remararks on my credit . But I have 5 years of perfect rental history . Make 12 times the rent . They wouldn’t budge at all or even let me pay a bigger deposit or pre pay month in advance. They were very prejudice just because I had two negative remarks on my credit .
