Stacy told us at one point during the transaction, that was going horribly wrong, that she “didn’t work for us.” She charges top dollar at 6% She was hired by us and turned a profit of approx 32k from the transaction. I believe that YES she was supposed to work for me. She works nights, sleeps all day and takes days to even a week to get back to you or other realtors/title companies to respond. She’s burning the candle at all ends and it shows. A truly disappointing experience.
I hired Stacy to sell our farm because I thought she would have our best interests in mind. We were let down by her lack of attentiveness, tartness, hard to get ahold of, stated she “Doesn’t work for us” during a phone conversation and all around unprofessional. The issues are most likely because she is full time law enforcement and works real estate on her days off and between naps. She let us down and left everyone frustrated, including other realtors.
