BE WARNED! Feel I was horribly taken advantage of by this company. Had a leaking Kitchen shut off valve. Service man came to check it out. Said that my hot water tank shutoff valve was not completely shutting off the water flow and suggested that I replace both which I agreed to. I was in a spot because I had leaking water flooding under my kitchen sink and had to accept whatever quote they gave me what else could I do. They got to me early because of a cancellation. Gaige, the technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and did his job quickly. Gave me the senior discount which I really appreciated. I've used them several other times.
Kim the owner has gone above and beyond to correct the scheduling error that happened. She reached out to discuss what happened and to make sure it wont happen again (it was truly a mistake). They were ready to send someone out right away when she called to see if our leak was still an issue. I hope we don't have any more plumbing issues but if their customer service is any indication of the work they do, I will gladly give them a call for future work.
Garett from Olympic Plumbing showed up within the scheduled time window and worked hard to fix a blockage near the septic tank. After having quoted me a price for the job, he had to do additional work to fix the issue. He maintained a good attitude throughout the job, and stuck to the original quoted price even though he had to do considerably more work than anticipated. A+ for work ethic, and honesty.
We have use the services twice in the last minute like every plumbing problem i guess. All their staff from the customer service to the technicians are very ethic, polite, professional and knowledgeable. No hidden fees, fast and clean service. Thank you.

They were able to get me scheduled quickly and Travis was prompt and quick to identify and fix the issue. He was polite and walked me through what had happened, what he needed to do, and what I could do in the future to prevent it from re-occurring. He also showed me the piece that needed to be replaced and what had happened to it. The entire process was efficient and didn't waste any time. I would recommend them to anyone needing a professional plumbing service.
