Go somewhere else. Either they are incompetent or just concerned about making money. Definitely not patient focused. Didn’t inform me that my X-rays weren’t cover until I was done. Didn’t bill my wife correctly for her retainer. Didn’t call me back when I had questions about my billing. Didn’t inform me that the oral surgeon wasn’t working to do my extract. Place sucks.
They sold me a cleaning and had an infected tooth filled only to have to pull it. They kept me going by saying that they would pull it for free if it didn't work. Well they lied and no money back so I went somewhere else and had the tooth pulled after three months.
I don't know if everyone else was treated like me but as the only African male I seen in their facility I was treated bad. My 1st appointment I waited a hour and 15min past my appointment time but I seen two people come in after and went before me. The second appointment I came back to get my implant tightened back up, I drove all the way from Bremerton as soon as I pull up in the parking lot they called and told me my pieces had not come yet and to not show up. 2 consecutive days of excellent service at both offices gig harbor and silverdale! I did not even wait a day for them to see me, they bent over backwards to make things convenient for me not to mention great price! Win!

This was my very first time seeing a dentist since moving to Bremerton in April, so of course I was nervous. Well the staff was so friendly Natalie and Emily at the front desk, the dental assistant Tina, and the dentist Dr. Alber. They were professional and knowledgeable and really put me at ease. It gave me the vibe of a small town. I do not mind the drive from Bremerton to Gig Harbor. They are totally worth it! I would recommend you check them out!!
