We purchased our HotSpring Vanguard Hot Tub from the Olympic Hot Tub location in Fife in 2014. We have been so disappointed in the quality of this tub. Problems with the hot tub started almost immediately. To date, we have had the following problems. 1. Failure of the main circuit board. The entire inside of the board melted down. Olympic Hot Tub technician indicated that it was fortunate that a fire did not start. Entire board needed to be replaced. 2. Failure of the ozonator. 3. Crack in the bottom of the tub shell. bought a tub here a few weeks ago, when my electrician showed up he hadn't seen the way these new tubs were wired and at 100 bucks an hour I was getting a lil nervous, but I called linda and she knew everything about the newer panels and talked us right through it, and made sure if she didn't know the answer she found out for me.. she was great! I recommend this place to anyone getting a new tub..
Got this tub for my significant other. We both are very happy with our choice. The lady's were very friendly and personal. No pressure atmosphere. Answered all my questions or looked them up and found me an answer. I would definitely recommend going there first if you are thinking about adding a hot tub to your family.
