I was having problems balancing the water in my hot tub and it was driving me crazy. So I called the closest hot tub company where I live and that was Olympic Hot Tub in Everett and even though I don’t have one of their tubs, the dynamic team of John, Patti, and Emma went above and then after several attempts, got my tub water balanced. I’m not in need of a new hot tub at this time but if I did, I would highly consider purchasing a tub from the team at Olympic Hot Tub in Everett!
I happened upon Olympic Hot Tub from FM 97.3 where they were discussing the charity cold plunge. I love cold plunges, so why not do it for charity. The registration was simple and straightforward on the website and I discussed the expectations with Patty Fitzgerald-Taylor over the phone. Imagine, that after a particularly vicious leg day at LA Fitness, having the recovery of a cold plunge. As a bonus, Patty says, "You should do the sauna afterwards. Like the Nordic bath". Patty was so helpful and reassuring in walking me thru maintaining and using chemicals for our new to us hot tub. We did not purchase our tub here and it didn’t matter. Great service!
