I had a great experience buying my hot tub. My sales associate was Scott and he was fantastic. I was ready for a hot tub but was trying to do as much shopping as i could online, until i couldn't, because i hate the experience of going onto a salesroom floor and feeling pressured into buying something because of that pushy commission based salesman tactic.
