Neighbor has puked over the balcony a couple times now. People are arguing at all hours of the night and tearing through the parking lot despite the knowledge that kids live here too. A pipe broke at 4pm yesterday, and while they are working on it today, at least four buildings are still without water. We were told the office bathrooms would be open, but when I went up there, there were "Employees Only" signs on the door. And the rec room ceiling was leaking.

You get neighbors that blast their music late at night.. slamming doors and fights outside the door. Oh tell management... why they don't do anything but tell you that they don't want to deal with it or you bitch too much. I remember the lease saying 7am-10pm noise is ok. After 10pm limit noise inside your apartment. Not so everyone can hear your damn music over the TV or while you are trying to sleep when you work 2 jobs and need some peace after 10pm.
