The owner Asseta is so professional and Karen and cares about all her clients. I love this place.
Braids are always way too tight ... my hair is really thin and service person said " I can not do magic on your hair" embarrassed me in front of staff and others. She tugs & pulls and rips your hair out from the roots. I can't return now because I have spots where my hair simply won't grow anymore. I'm big on supporting black owned businesses so I always give them a second chance & being local and working often plays a big part in being able to drive an hour to Houston vs 10 min to this shop. My niece had an appointment at 12 noon it’s going on 2p and she’s still NOT in the chair. I called to speak to the manager she’s gives me an attitude then say I’m giving her one. Yes NOW I will give you attitude my niece is a small child mind you the braids are already 180$ I asked since it’s a troublesome problem on your end. Can the price be reduced.
