Right now I'm waiting for an apt that I scheduled for 10 am. It is 11:48 am. I arrived in time. As soon as I arrived she got done finishing a client ten minutes later, as I was about to get up she signaled for someone else to come sit in her chair. I was in complete shock. Mind you, it was 10 am and my apt was for 10. She literally started someone's else hair at 10 am . All she does is talk while she does hair and get distracted and text on the phone. Do not come here. Love it here! The only place I go to and refer others to!
Today was my first and last time visiting. I came in for starter locs but I left the way I came because nobody that works there wanted to do my hair. My appointment was at 3:30 and I waited patiently while they were doing individual braids because those take time. They skipped doing my hair just to do people's hair that had appointments after me. I'm not going to stay where I'm not welcome and I'm not going to support people that show favoritism. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place.

I’ve been going to this shop for at least 4 years now, and I’ve only had 1 issue! Once the owner found out that I wasn’t happy, she corrected it. Every since then we’ve had no problems, even with me calling for a same day appointment, Asita always fits me in! I don’t mind spending my money, when I get Great Service!
I’m a braider myself & I was not satisfied with my knotless I booked for today .... I just asked her to take them out because they looked horrible .... The second pic (lady with the black shirt) is MY WORK & what I asked for ... & the first pic is 3 rows into her starting my hair.
I just got my hair done two weeks ago before my birthday. Just moved here from new york! I paid $175 dollars for a hair style ive been paying $140 for in NY! i got feed in braids, with box braids in the back. The hairstyle usually only takes 3 hours. Mamas had me in her shop for 6+ hours with two different people working on my hair! After i was done, the owner left and i was stuck waiting on her to come back just to pay! I have been coming here for a couple years and they I always get more than what I expected with a really good price. They are affordable and have great service. You can’t find anyone to braid your hair or weave it like they do. I love how they have always accepted me as a walk-in for my last minute events I have to go to. They are friendly and fast yet effective. Love ❤️ these ladies and I recommend you go to them. If you do you won’t go any other place.
