After coming back from travel, my elevator was totally inoperable. After contacting a few repair companies, I was SO fortunate to find Olympic Elevator. The techs, Ed and Chase, were polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and quickly traced the problem to a dead backup battery. Within 35 minutes, they had the system tested and running.
