Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes, they always have specials going on Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Although I was hoping to be ... read more

Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Usually when I leave the dentist, I can tell a difference in how much cleaner my mouth is, but I couldn't really tell when I left their office. It wasn't as clean as I was hoping it would be. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary
