Mike the manager is very unprofessional. He refused to aknowledge or take responsibility for scratches recieved during the washing of my new car. I was met with ridicule and disrespect. Told I should have opted for a white car instead of black if I didn't expect "minor marks" after a wash, as if this is normal occurrence.
