The wait times were absolutely RIDICULOUS! I waited 2 hours past my appointment time. That alone made me seek out a different OB, PLUS the fact that he talked to himself instead of to me while he chewed on his fingernails. Saw him 2 times and said never again! I was high risk and didn't think seeing him was worth it, my OB I currently have has helped me in more ways than this clinic did. Fix the wait times, start scheduling less appointments in a day, more time in between, that would make this a better clinic.
The clinic is fantastic because of Dr James Morruzzi. You will sometimes wait. It's true. You will wait because when his patients need him he goes. In the end that's the man I trust because when it's me he will be there. Mistakes? They happen. No one is perfect. But the staff and the doctor are so good and kind. They apologise and forgive and they genuinely care about the people that trust them with care. I'm glad to work with them. Horrible horrible i have called numerous times to get my results they have yet to return my calls. Its been over a month. Hell when i went in they were over and 1 behind...and 1st thing he asked me if i spoke english!! Just because I am hispanic doesnt mean I dont speak english. This clinic is a joke.
