I had a disappointing experience with Olympia Vision Clinic. I had an eye emergency but they booked a refraction/vision exam. The doctor acted incredulous that my answers weren't matching the machines. Doh! After it was done, I got my emergency diagnosed, but none of the other findings were explained;. The scribe was told of some findings which I would've liked addressed. So, I felt sort of ripped off. I was given a glasses prescription without any discussion of my vision. Paid for comprehensive exam including refraction. By law, they are supposed to offer you your eyeglasses prescription without you even asking for it considering it was paid for. They didn't do this. Now I have to ask.
