Aesthetics don’t match service or quality . Was charged for a replacement of a rug after moving out for a “stain” the size of miniature dot located under the bed . Robbery in my opinion. I suggest taking the time to find somewhere else .
RecommendedOlympia Place is an amazing spot to live in Amherst. While only for students, it provides convenience while supplying great amenities. Some of which include a 24/7 gym and free coffee. There is plenty of space to collaborate in a temperature controlled common area that includes ping pong and a pool table. Overall living here is a fantastic and refreshing experience.
This place is amazing, I love living here. I have so much comfort in that fact that I never have to worry about my living situation. If ever a problem, it is resolved very quickly by the super friendly maintenance staff. Also, what can be better than a place that has free coffee and a beautiful common area for studying and for leisure activities? Not to mention the bus stop that is literally right outside the front entrance. 10/10!
The apartment itself is nice, however I can hear every little thing in the apartment next to me from their conversations to when they use the microwave.
These apartments are so nice! I love all the places where you can study. They also have a game room with ping pong and foosball! The bus stop is close by which makes getting to class very easy. I also like the gym because it is open 24/7.
This is without a doubt the nicest off campus housing for students. The staff is very responsive with maintenance requests. There is free coffee, pizza, prizes and other goodies throughout the year. There is a gym downstairs, study rooms, pool table and more. Plus the apartments comes furnished and all utilities are included. I highly recommend living here to all my friends. It is definitely worth it.
This is far beyond the best place to live in Amherst. The customer service is excellent !!! What ever you need regarding to your home will be taken care of in orderly fashion. If it was up to me I will love to stay here after college it feels like home. If you worry about your security the management takes everyone’s protection extremely seriously and takes all precautions to keep the residence safe. If you have a chance make this place your home a well! Thank you Olympia
Love where you live. Olympia Place, an off-campus site for students in the Amherst region- unaffiliated with the schools- is the perfect place to live, relax, and feel comfortable in your own apartment. The amenities are amazing with free wifi, electric, heating and more, Olympia is comfort at its prime for students, and its so close to campus too.
The bedrooms are lit, the flex spaces are lit, everything about Olympia Place is lit. It's on the bus route at UMass so I don't have to wait seventeen and a half years for a certain bus to come *cough* B43 *cough*. The best part though is that practically everyone has a wicked cool dog that you see every day.
