I have had a good experience so far. Brian has been very available to answer any questions as they come up
As it is know most soonercare/ soonerselect or as mine is now Aetna better health of Oklahoma are state insurance, because the individual is broke and more often than not in situations where they are financially unable to pay. Hence the state insurance, so obviously the state is going to be picky about what they are paying for having to fork out a bunch of money to cover children's healthcare needs that the parent can't.
