February 11, 2026 marked ONE YEAR that I have waited on a response from this location after numerous email traffic back and forth between myself, the service team, and service advisor. As a customer who has spent lots of money (over $5k for brakes, oil change, routine maintenance, tires, etc) at this location, It was apparent that I had caught them in a lie and they were now caught. Great service I had Tyler help me find my Nissan Altima today, he took us for a test drive and explained everything to me they gave me the best deal! And the finance department was so helpful I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who helped me but he was so amazing and explained everything that my money is going to! Thank you Olympia Nissan
