I've been going to Olympia Neurological Institute for a year now and I am very happy with katie panowsky and staff. Office is clean and emplees are not only competent they are very nice.

Chronic pain patient with multiple autoimmune issues & degenerative bone disease. I went to them for help. They harmed me.
Dr. Nicole Abel is a very personable and compassionate provider. However, if you are not physically in the clinic seeing a provider, good luck getting anything accomplished such as (very) important medication refills or prior authorizations. Most communication is done via text with some office worker somewhere, if you do get through the phone system to an actual human being there is again a lack of faith of anything being accomplished. Dr. Nicole Abel is a very personable and compassionate provider. She spent a great deal of time reviewing and explaining my results with me, she is also able to offer many other services at her office which makes it so convenient to have her as my new primary care physician. The staff here are also quite friendly and helpful. Im excited to start my health journey with Dr. Abel! Highly recommend. Also the office is still renovating but is really beautiful inside and out!
