The groundskeeper is very rude and violent.
Overall this park has an outstanding onsite management. The grounds are always clean , no trash or bottles anywhere. The clubhouse is always very clean and ready for reserved parties. The pool is always clean and very inviting. I would highly recommend the current onsite management.
The water quality in this park is horrible , on 2 different occasions people posing as maintenance men for the park entered my mothers home and convinced her that she needed repairs that she did not . The last maintenance crew sold her a water heater she did not need , charged her over \$800.00 dollars and ended up damaging her water pressure in the process. I am a newbie here in the park. All the people I have met are very kind. It is usually quiet here. I like it!
Be very carful to BUY in this Park,there is trouble with the landlord as well as management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Its Gotten to Be Trailer Trash....
