I hate to give such a low review when I couldn't even receive a service! I had seen Kayla in the past and was happy to see she was still with the company and had a same day appointment available. I rearranged my schedule at work to make the appointment; when I arrived, she wasn't there. I was given an option for a next day appointment with another stylist and took that option. Julie is FANTASTIC! she helped guide me in a "change" and navigate a new look. I love it and feel so good about my hair now! Highly recommend her!

Had an appointment scheduled two weeks before the date and the appointment notes that cancellations must be made at least two days before the appointment. As I was getting into my car to drive to the appointment, I saw an email that my appointment was cancelled. I called the salon and left a message following up and haven't received a response back. The lack of communication and late notice cancellation really shows how this salon focuses on its clients, and by focus I mean ignores.

My hair stylist was Blake and she was great! She got my hair from a dark brunette color to a dirty blonde-brunette partial balayage, exactly what I wanted in color and placement. Blake seemed very knowledgeable and had a pleasant demeanor. Will likely book again. The location itself has nice decor and is good place to be when you're waiting for your hair to be done.
