Great produce and food ready to eat. The local oysters, baked goods, spiced nuts, meat, cheese, and yakisoba are favorites! Our dogs stay home on the farm so all the people can enjoy each other, including kids and older folks. Great place to socialize.
When I'm in town this farmers market is on my Saturday list. Crusty bread, beautiful radishes and Asian pears and my favorite trail mix with jerky meat and smoked cheeses.

I visited the market yesterday and I was asked to leave because I had my dog with me. While I comply with the rules about dogs IN the market, I think it is very extreme to push that rule to the people just visiting the restaurants. Additionally I think the whole rule is ridiculous as a healthy concern. In the most amazing open market in the world, there are no rules like that, and there is absolutely more variety in vegetables and fruits. This is so obtuse.
