Had an amazing experience with the Olympa Computer Team. Very straightforward when discussing what was wrong, the process, and answering any questions I had. Shoutout to TJ, made me feel very secure that everything was 100% fixed with my laptop. Highly reccomend using them for repairs
UPDATE- So after another week of Troubleshooting and doing a Multi-Meter test, come to find out my one of PCI-E cable from my PSU to GPU was no longer holding a sturdy connection. Causing my GPU to no longer be Registered in the Device Management or be working. THE MAIN PROMBLEM I told TJ what was going on. A 50$ dollar solution, not a 490$ GPU issue, 100$ HEATSINK issue, or 150$ Motherboard issue. You cant just REPLACE EXPERNSIVE parts and call yourself a REPAIR MAN. UPDATE: @OLYMPIA COMPUTER (specifically Tj) Talk about a headache! If you like getting The absolute run around for two weeks go ahead and go here but I would never recommend this establishment. 2 weeks and hundreds of dollars later and the computer is not fixed… The tech made multiple rookie mistakes and admitted to his inability to find the problem or run the appropriate diagnostics the first time around… called and said it was “ready” all fixed multiple times got home and it shut down all over again and had to be brought b... read more
Hooray for Olympia Computer in downtown Oly! Tyler was able to solve my computer issue within minutes. He also pointed out a feature on my computer I should take advantage of. No muss or fuss. Just excellent service. Thanks to the friendly staff there. Highly recommend.
Don't go here, they totally ripped off my son!!! They had his computer for 12 days, charged him nearly $400, and his computer kept crashing through out it all. 5 times they told him they has fixed the problem and 5 times it crashed the moment he got it home. They need to refund him, but they won't!
