Great local repair shop. I have never had to take a computer in for repairs before but with this recent build I did I had to twice. Tj was very patient and upfront about any costs and checked in regularly with updates on how things were going and ultimately was successful in getting the issue taken care of greatly appreciate the work he put in.
Recovered pictures out of an old hard drive that meant the world to me. Great prices, quick and communicative.
I called Olympia computer repair last night at around 3pm and I was able to drop off my gaming computer by 4pm. I was really concerned when it shut down after attempting a windows update and wouldn’t display on my monitor at all. My computer was fixed by 11pm and I had it back today by 1! I’m so impressed how fast the work was done and the fact it was incredibly affordable. My computer is running faster than it ever has. Thank you so much for taking me on such short notice and fixing my pc so fast. I truly do appreciate it.

The quality of service is excellent! My computer was belly up. The power supply unit was bad. They happened to have the exact computer with a better CPU that they sold me and transferred my hard drive. I am up and running again.
