I could hop on here and speak to several issues I had through the car buying process, but that would overshadow the incredible service I received from John Kearns. Olympia Jeep is very disorganized! I arrived for an appointment I had for a recall for my 2018 Renegade on 1-29-21 at 3 PM and I arrived on time. I waited nearly two hours and my Jeep had not moved from where I parked it. I finally inquired about it and finally it was taken to get the recall done (which took about 15 min. ) I received an email today that I never showed up for my appointment. Really?
