Same issue as above callers. I've tried calling two days in a row all day and it goes straight to voicemail. Being told I owe hundreds of dollars when my insurance already paid the bill!

I set up a payment plan with them and they billed my credit card $1.32 after several months of paying off my bill. I called and they took off the 1.32 charge and said it was a billing error. It seems like this is an ongoing issue based on the other reviews. Otherwise all services were good.

I cannot get ahold of anyone from Olympia Anesthesia to ask them questions about the bill I received. We have already been billed for General Anesthesia with the bill from surgery. This seems like a scam! Wish somebody from this LLC would be able to answer my questions!

Proceed with extreme caution when setting up a payment plan with this company. They require the use of an automated phone system for payments and neglected to tell me that the monthly payments would not be billed automatically. Furthermore, there was no communication from this company regarding the missed monthly payments until our account was turned over to collections.
