We have owned our Olthof home for two months now and are thoroughly impressed with our experience. Every question or concern was answered quickly. The construction team went above and beyond (and continue to do so as we questions). We look forward to watching the community grow and are very happy to be a part of it.
Tyler, in the sales office, was amazing to work with from day one. Answered all of our questions(and we had a ton).and walked us through the entire process. The construction guys were super helpful, professional and extremely friendly to work with. We love our new townhome. And we cannot be happier with our decision to go with to go with Olthof.
I was one of the first buyers in this new neighborhood and had a smooth building, buying and moving in process. They kept me updated every week with construction updates and I felt part of the process. Once it was time to move in, they were thorough helpful and available. I absolutely love my home in Talon Woods. As a healthcare worker, it’s such a nice change of pace to be out of the city, but still close enough that I can get downtown in about 25 minutes. The house itself is so well built, and the people, both in the neighborhood and the ones I’ve worked with, have been great. Any time I’ve had an issue (which hasn’t been often), someone’s been out here to fix it within the hour. That kind of quick response really makes a difference.
