Olthof is more of a bait and switch type company touting about “Exceeding Expectations” the only thing they exceeded was my faith in there ability to handle simple tasks. 1. Drain clogged raw sewage in house first 24hours. 2. Non insulated vents in ceiling causing no joke a waterfall. 3. We have owned our Olthof home for two months now and are thoroughly impressed with our experience. We initially chose this neighborhood because of its prime location in Brownsburg but working with such a phenomenal company has likely ruined us for any other future experience. What a great experience we have had transitioning from a larger home to our beautiful new townhome in Talon Woods! Tyler & the entire team were fantastic from start to finish. Every question or concern was answered quickly. The construction team went above and beyond (and continue to do so as we questions). We look forward to watching the community grow and are very happy to be a part of it.
Tyler, in the sales office, was amazing to work with from day one. Answered all of our questions(and we had a ton).and walked us through the entire process. The construction guys were super helpful, professional and extremely friendly to work with. We love our new townhome. And we cannot be happier with our decision to go with to go with Olthof.
I was one of the first buyers in this new neighborhood and had a smooth building, buying and moving in process. They kept me updated every week with construction updates and I felt part of the process. Once it was time to move in, they were thorough helpful and available.
