We recently closed on a home in Canyon Creek. We are very happy with our new home. Our sales a contact, Shelley, was a star throughout the entire process. She was easy to work with, always responsive, and offered great suggestions along the way. Faith and Bill gave great insights at the framing tour (Faith) and orientation (Bill). Olthof’s warranty programs gives us comfort - the 30 day visit was a positive experience. The community overall is very friendly and welcoming.
Shelly was amazing and helped us find the home we have been looking for, could not be happier and she helped the process go so smoothly for us. She spends countless hours at the office and on weekends in order to help people looking for a Home Find the one they’re looking for in the neighborhood. She is very knowledgeable and had answers to every question we had!
First of all I would like to state that Shelly from Canyon Creek is wonderful! Not only does she have an eye for putting together some beautiful homes, but she’s incredibly helpful along the home buying journey. The community is very nice, quiet, and I love the walking paths that go around the community! What a beautiful place to call home!
