We are very fortunate to have Olstrom Custom Coach in the area of Tucson where we stay. But with that said we would drive 100's of miles to get our service work done on our Country Coach. Eric & his staff are very professional, reliable and trust worthy. They have always taken care of us either when Ms. Coach was in their garage or on the road. Service is everything to us. Remember you always get what you pay for. They are worth every dime in our book.
Unfortunately this shop has gone seriously down hill. They never answer the phone and do not call back when you leave a message. They had my coach for 4 months and did nothing. In the end we had to pick it up without the work being done because we just could not get them to communicate or give us updates. Incredibly disappointing as we have always had a good experience in the past.
I am extremely happy with the solar system and the lithium battery system that they installed for me. We are on our way home now from Alaska and everything has worked great. Over the years they have updated the coach with a residential refrigerator, inverter and even upgraded the windows with shades. Jason and the rest of guys has been great to work with. In Tucson, Olstrom is my go to place.
These reviews do not really allow for us to tell a story about a long term customer relationship. We just sold our 2018 Tiffin Phaeton 40' Class A motorhome. Eric and the team at Olstrom Custom Coach have been our advisors, repair, and preventive maintenance since 2019. From warranty work to recalls. Interior coach repairs. My water heater on my 2012 Liberty quit. I called when I was 30 miles from their location and they got me right in. Installed a new heating element and I was on my way. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
