Sell the place to someone who isn't so lazy. Cuts the grass for month long guests. Get out and pick up your own nails from the bad gravel you lined the roads with instead of payiing kids an ice cream bar for hands full of nails. Stop dumping gray tanks on the ground and allow it to run into the lake. Start giving guests a reciept for their stay. Instead, just pocket the cash or check.
