We were from out of town and drove into Olson's with an overheating Jaguar on a Friday afternoon. They were so backed up already with other customers, and could not take us on, especially with a Jaguar. However, Sherri and Amy at the front desk worked hard to find another auto repair shop that might be able to help us. They did, and we ended up with expert help from Import Auto Service and on our way back to Chicago by 4:30 pm. Thanks to the Olson staff for going the extra mile!
