These guys sell a mediocre product for a luxury price- be on the look out for their whole saLes pitch or builder grade , select grade etcc... I bought pre-finished premium select grade 3 1/4 and half the floor was a different color and to top it off , they wouldn’t return four boxes -$400 after we bought $7,500 worth of flooring, very disappointing and poor customer service.
