Terrible customer service, ordered contacts on a Tuesday, was told they would be in at the end of the week, about 2 weeks pass and I call and am told they haven’t received them and “the order must not have been placed, they were resubmitting” called a week later and was then told “they must be on back order”. I ended up pulling my order, cancelling their submission to my insurance, and going elsewhere. After submitting my order elsewhere they were shipped to my house in 3 days.. never again will I go to Olson eye care or eve... read more
Awesome experience with friendly, caring, and cool staff �! I brought my son for the first time, and he was gently guided through the whole proces, as everyone was so patient with him. Also, he left with bubbles - so all is well ! � We will be back! �
Been going there for more years than I can recall. Love them all. Never disappointed in the service my family receives.
The WORST customer service out there! If you're not an up and up, and don't have the right insurance they will treat you like crap. Receptionists are very rude and judgemental! 3rd time doing business with them and was treated like a 2nd class citizen every time. Just awful!
Thank you Olson Eye Care! On my way to Door County for a weekend trip with my family, I realized I had forgotten to pack my usual extra pair of "insurance" contact lenses. In addition, I had forgotten to pack my spare glasses as well. Knowing that if something happened to my contacts while away from home I'd be in big trouble, I called the Waupun office as we were passing through town. They told me to stop in, and gave me a FREE spare set of lenses for each eye so that I wouldn't have to worry on our weekend trip. Thank you ... read more
