I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
