I had an appointment with Dani yesterday. She confirmed our appointment and she arrived on time. Dani answered all my questions about my polylift on my driveway, after a foundation repair. She put my mind at ease when I expressed concerns. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I know now the options I have for my driveway. Olshan was nice, at the beginning. But after the job, when you need help - they ignore you. I had french drains installed last week (7/23 to 7/24). I had a question about them, so I texted the service representative - he never replied back (7/24). At first I was happy with the service, even though I had that lingering question.
