Jared was very professional and informative. Walked me through and explained the problems with my foundation. He Helped me understand what needed to be done to fix the problems. I live just north of Austin & suspected I might have foundation issues. Found Olshan on line with great reviews so called them for an inspection/estimate. They sent a certified foundation specialist, Ken Alic, 2 days later. He performed a thorough inspection, inside & outside. Turns out I have foundation problems. Mr. Ken Alic was very professional, punctual, cordial, and honest. He throughly inspected my home and concluded that my house doesn't need repairs after all. Great smile and no sales pressure at all. Was treated like family! I definitely will contact this company if I need their help in the future!
Rod Gerald was professional, knowledgeable and was able to show i didn't need a foundation service at this time. It is comforting that a company provides a great servie and not in it just to make a buck. If I ever need that type of service, they will be my first phone call. I would refer them to anyone that is looking at weather they might have a foundation issue.
