Les was the Technician that came out to evaluate my home. He was a really nice guy, experienced in foundation issues. He explained what was going on and how and what they can do to lift and support the home. I chose Olshan mainly due to the Cable Lock ST Plus System that they use. I feel that is a safer and more secure option with the steel and concrete, rather than just steel. The team did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I even had the driveway lifted. The work hasn’t even begun and I’m already wishing I had used a different company. Customer service matters when a customer is spending $34k on a project. Both times they were suppose to come to my home they were not on time nor did I receive a courtesy phone call. I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON. My time is just as valuable. Go elsewhere if customer service is important to you.
Jared Dodds was very through in explaining our foundation issues and very helpful in general. Will definitely use Olshan in the future.
The CST Jared Dodds came to our property in Austin appeared as a well seasoned professional. His performance was quick, effective to the point. He wasted no time to point out problems and suggested necessary solutions. He took time to explain cause and effect as well. We also learned the excellent way to treat our foundation cracking situation and all extra services available for estate property repairs.
My experience with Olshan was amazing. Jared was very personable, professional, and informative. He was very thorough with the inspection and didn’t try selling me on anything unnecessary. Highly recommend!
