Honest and detailed! Jared Dodds was fantastic. I am buying a new home and the inspector said the foundation was off and that I should get another opinion from a foundation expert. Olshan was out within a couple of days and gave me the pure relief that nothing needed to be done at this point, and what was happening was common for a 27 year old home.
