We are very happy with the work done on our foundation by Olshan Foundation repair.Rory was very kind and courteous and explained to us the whole process of the repair.and answered all our questions in a very very polite manner.Melissa was awesome. I had a helpful sales person that said that the people at the company was proffesional and knew what they were doing. They were supposed to take three days to install new drains. It was three days before the major storm that hit Houston a few weeks back. They guys were working for two days and then stopped. They installed a popup outlet, what was explicitly what I didn't want, and they failed the inspection. After pointing out that I paid for cutting the concrete, they very unwillingly did that. 100 years of what? Customer service? No. Had a contact signed and waited over a month for them to come out for polyjacking. Day before service was to be done I hear nothing. I call and they say that they cancelled my contract. They offered no reason why. They never reached out and let me know they cancelled. Take your service elsewhere. Especially if you’re going to spend thousands of dollars. You cannot trust a company to polyjack a driveway if they can’t even reach out to you.

I DO NOT recommend Olshan. I purchased my home in October 2023 and the previous owner had given me a quote from Olshan for foundation repairs totaling $3000 from January 2023. The estimate was for Poly to be placed to support the interior of ***********. I called Olshan and someone came out and evaluated my home and said I would need 10 piers around the exterior and Poly for the interior, totaling $8000. Olshan stepped up! Not only is the customer service office friendly, helpful and attentive to my calls and requests, but they always showed up on time, were respectful, gave me a contact to the supervisor for the various foundation repair /leveling and plumbing jobs we had scheduled. They kept us informed of their progress, and all of the cracks sealed up after work was done, and they cleaned up as well! I gave Olshan my business because of previous experience within the family and a super financing deal. I received attentive service from start to finish. Chris came out for the quote & spent important time walking me through the inspection/quote process. He & Hilda worked with me on financing and scheduling the service (they were able to work me in on an earlier date than expected - WOW). I would never use or refer anyone for foundation repair except the Olshan Foundation Company. I am completely happy and satisfied with the thoroughness and professionalism of the entire team. I was not only impressed with the on-time scheduling, but also with the manner in which the crew left my property. It was as if they were never there. The yard was cleared of all debris and the area in which they worked was left immaculate.
