Olshan Foundation just finished repairs to my foundation. ******** ********, ******* **** and the whole crew were great. They did great work and the clean up was great. I would highly recommend them if you need foundation work. ***** *.
On August 9, 2023, the previous homeowneran elderly individualhired Olshan to install French-style drains in front of the garage and repair siding. I moved in that November and received copies of all the repair records. By 2024, heavy rains revealed a serious issue: the drains werent catching water. I was forced to pick at least one star, but review is actually zero stars. We contacted Olshan to have them inspect our foundation. The foundation was fine, but they recommended we install root barriers to keep roots from our trees affecting the foundation in the future. While installing them, the workers damaged a sprinkler pipe and we had water shooting up like a geyser about 8 feet in the air. We were told that the piers they would put in would level our kitchen or make it close to level. It did nothing to our kitchen. It is exactly the same.They tore out under our house and left it sagging over night with no supports under it. They left our basement door open and i went to shut it and the house was sagging so bad we had to use a crow bar in order to shut the door. We did not have door issues until this. We had Olshan foundation work done approximately 10 months ago. I was very dissatisfied with their work. Was quoted one price and then had to pay more. They took way long to perform service and the work they did was messy. They were called back to clean up some but when I complained about some of the work inside the house our agent was very dismissive about my issues. What an incredible start, ******** ********** the Certified Structural Engineer arrived at our home on time ready to look at our foundation. Her abilities amazed us as we had never met anyone with this responsibility before and realizing that ******** was just as concerned about our sinking / cracking home as we are put us at ease. Customer service and taking responsibility for incidents is HORRIBLE!!! I would not recommend this company due to the severe lack of safety standards they have. I now have a messed up car due to their inability to follow guidelines when traveling on state highways with construction equipment and materials. They almost caused a major wreck on the Hendersonville, TN bypass (Hwy 386) on Sept 16, 2024, at approximately 5:14 pm. We apologize for the material that came out of our truck. We have completed over 800k homeowner projects that have all had materials delivered and removed in all of them. We have over 100 trucks on the road with very little incidents. Insurance has been contacted promptly to take care of your vehicle.

These guys were terrible. I spoke with the sales person in advance about some plumbing that needed to be done. They suggested getting it done first then they would come in to do theirs. I did it then Olshan totally busted up the 12k plumbing work I had done and now they are saying they will not cover the cost of those repairs. Horrible business practice. The cost for Olshan was over 75k and they dont warranty anything they mess up! Buyer beware
