I was forced to pick at least one star, but review is actually zero stars. We contacted Olshan to have them inspect our foundation. The foundation was fine, but they recommended we install root barriers to keep roots from our trees affecting the foundation in the future. While installing them, the workers damaged a sprinkler pipe and we had water shooting up like a geyser about 8 feet in the air. What an incredible start, ******** ********** the Certified Structural Engineer arrived at our home on time ready to look at our foundation. Her abilities amazed us as we had never met anyone with this responsibility before and realizing that ******** was just as concerned about our sinking / cracking home as we are put us at ease. Getting the confirmation that we needed major foundation repairs was not the best news we've ever received. ************************* came to our home to show us the root cause of the problem and offer an immediate and long term solution to fix. Apparently, the large trees on our lot (coupled with the ***** drought) were consuming any moisture in the lot that was intended for the foundation. Getting someone to come over to our house for a free estimation was easy and fast. ********************************* was **************. He was amazing!
