What an incredible start, ******** ********** the Certified Structural Engineer arrived at our home on time ready to look at our foundation. Her abilities amazed us as we had never met anyone with this responsibility before and realizing that ******** was just as concerned about our sinking / cracking home as we are put us at ease. Getting the confirmation that we needed major foundation repairs was not the best news we've ever received. ************************* came to our home to show us the root cause of the problem and offer an immediate and long term solution to fix. Apparently, the large trees on our lot (coupled with the ***** drought) were consuming any moisture in the lot that was intended for the foundation. Our family saw cracks, so we made an appointment with Olshan to check on our foundation. Getting someone to come over to our house for a free estimation was easy and fast. ********************************* was **************. He was amazing! He walked around the house and checked every corner. He concluded that our house did not need any repair, but he still showed us how to identify problems related to the foundation. My called Olshan to estimate my over 35 years old house foundation. They helped with very friendly, professional and they dis every by their heart, any recommendations. They also have finance APR 0% for me within 12 month, it is wonderful, I am not worried to pay more than 10k in one time. Thank you Olshan, I still share you to my friend and my social media

Lifetime warranty is a joke. Spent thousands of dollars and they won't return my calls for pier adjustment. Our house has multiple cracks, bricks are separated on outside, doors won't open. I would not recommend this company.
