The guy was so helpful and patient. They have a good selection of brands and options. The store is clean and organized too. I didn't feel like I was being watched while in the store. The shoplifter wall of fame is a good touch. People should not steal. Support them. Good place.

Bought these extensions asked for bead butterfly weft, was given a sew-in weft without being able to open package and look myself until leaving the store. I came back 10 minutes later told the owner they wrong and she told me no returns or exchanges and that no one would want to buy this hair since I opened it. Package was perfectly fine. Couple months ago my friend went because she bought to much hair and opened them and was able to return them. I don't see the problem here, hair was perfectly fine in package tied in still.... read more
