Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Shop online or try Gold Beauty, also on Western. I went in a couple of times and looked around to see what is available as I plan a big purchase for a project I’m working on, and the male owner told me I “never buy” even though I have made multiple purchases in the past. I’m not even sure what I was being accused of or why the experience was so rude, but you can definitely find what you need anywhere else without the terrible treatment. These owners and employees don’t even seem to want your business.
I would never recommend shopping here! One of the owners which is a female, she is very rude! She is easily agitated if you ask questions about her products! She has no customer service all she cares about is making money. Its in her voice she is not a people person. She never smiles or welcome you to the store. She watches you from the time you walk in and follows you around the store. She will talk about you in her language ( I actually know her language fluently. I know 5 languages.
