Called John on a Saturday, he came out for a quote on Sunday, and he started the job the following Thursday. He was very respectful of our family's presence while he worked. I also enjoyed his sense of humor. He geeked out on HVAC which shows his passion for the job and investment in doing it well. He talked me through his findings and tried to keep everything as it was. He even caught an issue my inspector missed with the home's humidifier!
