Absolutely abysmal service. I went in attempting to see a doctor for a work-related injury. The doctor here refused to sign any paperwork or even examine me. Claimed that they would send me off to the other Olmsted location to have dr Joel look at me. I got to that other location and Dr Joel never came outside and never bothered to try to talk to me. I waited and waited and I asked the front desk if he was coming and they told me that he wasn't. Apparently this doctor changed his mind halfway there and didn't want to see me.... read more
Very rude desk attendant, refuses service to patients within 30 minutes of break time. I thought I was going to OMC not the Mayo Clinic.
Give it 2 for the nurses and front desk. Drs literally push you out the door. Was there 2 days ago for sinus infection and got accused and yelled at by dr saying I was disrespectful and bullying when he was trying to send me home with nothing when I get chronic sinus infections from allergies that's in my history. Once he looked at my history then gave me antibiotics and Flonase. I would report him but don't know who to go to. Balled in my car for about 15min after walking out
