Olmos Park Cosmetic Dentistry has been my dentist for many years. When I moved to New Braunfels, I figured on getting a dentist closer to home. Nope...upon further thought, their dental team is worth the trip. Knowing that I have a team that really cares about me and not just the almighty dollar is worth a lot.
Ok! Talk about great listeners. I asked alot of questions and i received allot of answers. Oh! 7am and everyone was awake and they opened even before 7am. My situation started about a yr ago with another dentist And was let down on what i was asken to be done for me. But at 7am i was helped with what i wanted done. Im going back and I've already been spreading the word. Michael Herrera
Professional and courteous staff. Very welcoming. They make you feel comfortable during your visit.
They are nice, they are fast, and if you need a crown they can make it on site while you wait. No temporaries and no return visits. As a person with a lot of anxiety regarding pain and doctor/dentist visits, this is invaluable!
New dentist tried to bill my insurance for Botox performed by retiring dentist. 1. Insurance will not cover elective procedures. Duh. 2. Staff knows this. SCAM artists asked me for CC proof. I still had the receipt, Thank goodness! 3. I can't wait for Day to post the pics of his mouth after the new DENTIST--not hygienist-- cleaned his teeth. She didn't have one yet. He bled for 4 days and was missing chunks of his gums. Pics will prove it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I have been a patient of Dr. Grammar’s for 17 years. The staff are amazing & make you feel at ease. I’m happy for Dr. Grammar in his retirement & maybe I’ll catch him on the one day he does work. I seen the new doctor & am pleased with my experience.
