Amidst the aftermath of tropical depression Chantal, Jonelly and the associates at Olmaz were not only able to deliver my fiancées engagement ring on time, but with excellent customer service and incredibly transparent and considerate communication through the entire process. I went to get a custom engagement ring. I had clear ideas for the design and I shared them with the young woman who was helping me. I asked if the designers were in house, to which she snickered and looked at her coworker and told me “we’re the designers.” That turned out to be a lie anyway, as the design they gave me after months of waiting was a mass produced design - I saw the exact same design being sold on the tiktok shop and google. Working with Rebecca was great! My wife and I visited Olmaz with the intention of repairing her engagement ring, but ended up upgrading the set to something custom made. Rebecca was patient & responsive and never tried to "sell" us anything. She under-promised and over-delivered on this project. She even pulled some strings and had the rings ready just in time for a special trip out of town. I highly recommend Olmaz for any jewelry needs...I know I'll be back.
