It is always a pleasure to support a Black-owned business, and this was my first time here. Unfortunately, my technician seemed distracted throughout my appointment, though she may have just been having a bad day. She took about 3-4 phone and FaceTime calls while working on my toes and stepped away to grab a coffee as well. My real issue, though, was during the cuticle work.
