Jacque and Lisa are amazing. Jacque knows what's she's talking about and is very thorough. She uses many methods to help with pain, not just pills. She offers mental health wellness as well and is equally educated in it. She's also just fun to talk to :)
Saw Jackie Carbone Nov 18 for a psych evaluation for a surgical procedure. Was told her report would be completed and sent to my doctor Nov 21.To date (Dec. 19) the report has yet to be sent annd received by my doctor. After calling multiple times,I am receiving excuses. This is a small practice but with this type of service most likely will not be around much longer.

If you want a pain specialist that actually cares about your well-being, don't go here. Jaquie will just prescribe opiods, get your body hooked on them because of your pain conditions, and then cut you off without warning. When calling to ask for help with withdrawal, she tells you to find someone else who is willing to help. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Patients beware. She is all about the money, not your health or well-being.
A health care specialist that has been an answer to my prayers. MVA almost took my life, and my ability to walk. But, the power of what a specialist with an empathetic side can do is truly miraculous. The support, and teachings that have helped me, not just live and walk, but thrive again.
