I came to Ollin after a friend suggested it to me. I definitely can say I was not disappointed in my experience. The trainers pushed me while also instructing me on how to do the specific workouts. The workouts were different than I've done in the past by myself, so I know the trainers are more than qualified to get me into shape.

I had a workout at Ollin a few months ago and I can say that I was definitely pushed to the limit. The staff there were very friendly and they tailored the workout to my fitness goals. I was very impressed with the equipment and one on one attention I received.

I've been going to Ollin for 4 years now. Anything I've needed whether it be sports performance with Bob, or physical therapy after two shoulder surgeries with Dr. Lu, has been nothing but top notch. ALL of the staff is so friendly and has provided me with an environment in which I can not only be healthy after surgeries, but meet personal goals I have set for myself. P.S. you have to try the GameReady ice machine they have there, great for recovery!

Ollin has such an amazing facility and staff. I would recommend it to anyone trying to get their performance to the next level. Hands down you will leave satisfied.

I can't say enough positive things about this place. From their physical therapy to the performance, it is all top notch. The staff is very professional and they really take the time and effort to take care of the clients.

My son tore his meniscus during football last year. It scared me to see him struggle but the therapy he received at Ollin was phenomenal! They were so personal and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

I've been training at Ollin for years. Their physical therapy as well as their performance training is of unparalleled quality. Try a session just once, whether to treat an injury no one else has been able to get rid of or to improve your strength and fitness, and you will see exactly what I mean.
