The blackened salmon Caesar is top notch and the bartenders are awesome
Hours posted are not accurate, and it was not clear when it’s actually open. Kitchen was not open for lunch on a Saturday and the bar closed at midnight on Saturday night. (Google listed 10pm, embassy suits website listed 1am.) Drinks were good when we were able to get them on Friday night.
I stay at the Embassy Suites a lot but have only dined in twice. The first time they nailed my order, but today, they left half the toppings off my salad....which didn't leave much. I got a house salad with salmon, and they only put olives on it, no cheese, no tomato. Green olives and balsamic didn't really pair well together on their own.
