We where at the store in North Olmsted. I my was having a diabetic attack ( sugar 43) I grabbed her some cookies off the shelf ( all intents on paying for them) a manager/ store employee came up to us and said did you get those off the shelf. I said yes, my mom's sugar is very low and she needs something now. He said well my district manager is here. I said don't worry we are paying for them. Want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to ARMONDO AND RICHIE! They went above and beyond today to get to a rug I wanted to see on the BOTTOM of the pile. It seems like there would be an easier way to do it rather than move 30+ rugs to see the one I wanted. They did it smiling the entire time, assuring myself and a friend they didn't mind and it was their job.
