We where at the store in North Olmsted. I my was having a diabetic attack ( sugar 43) I grabbed her some cookies off the shelf ( all intents on paying for them) a manager/ store employee came up to us and said did you get those off the shelf. I said yes, my mom's sugar is very low and she needs something now. He said well my district manager is here. I said don't worry we are paying for them. TODAY! The store manager WATCHED, my car get hit with a wayward shopping Cart, flying through the parking lot...yes it damaged my car. When I approached the manager , WHO SAW IT HAPPEN, he acted as if he it was my problem, and could have cared less. I understand they aren’t responsible. great experience today! I think the lady's name was Sidney...she made my day. told me I was the nicest brittany she had ever met. its great we still have some great customer service still.
I have been in line for 35 minutes. Only two cashiers and no one calling for help
4 people, 2 employees had the Coronavirus and y'all did not ever close to protect the other employees and customers! SAD AND SHAMEFUL taking a risk like that just to get a dollar! I'll never shop there again.
Just wanted to say thank you again to Adam for the amazing customer service he provided. When it came time to pay for my items, the pin pads kept going down. Adam tried everything he could to help out and fix the issue as quickly as possible. He truly was great and I amend him for keeping his cool in such a difficult situation ! 🙂 great job Adam !
