I've been to this Ollie's 3 times in two weeks. I am so impressed with the associates. The first visit they were very helpful with getting a rolled area rug to the car. Today I was getting another area rug not rolled so I folded it and put it in my cart. A few minutes later I didn't see my purse. I went to the front by the doors and asked an associate if anyone turned in a purse. The customer service is AMAZING! I absolutely love going into the store and she greets everyone with a smile and she sings too...lol
