Every time I go into this place I find more “bait and switch” tactics. Today I took photos of the signage and ALL of the pillows below and around the signage stating Serta cool gel pillows are 11.99. The ONLY Serta pillows back there are the king ones. When I brought them to check out they rang up for 14.99. My debit card was debited and also held double the amount I paid for my purchase due to some weird policy. I love their products but this has been the most difficult customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
