Word of advice, please consider changing whatever oil you are using. I saw another review mention the oil as well. Im unsure if my order was cooked in old oil, or if you used a specific type of oil with a bad taste. All of our food had an odd taste to it. If you changed the oil it would make a huge difference.
Ordered a little side salad to be picked up from the website. It somehow switched to the papillion store.(not the one I wanted) girl on the phone said I cant cancel it since it was order on door dash. I said I didn't order it from DoorDash I ordered on the website. The manager then refuses to refund me because who is going to pay for it rudely. Ill never again order anything from an Ollie and Hobbes. Rude!! Didn't even get a confirmation email that is was ready but no refund .
